Greetings All,

I want to announce a non-profit  job readiness program for the mentally
disabled, chemically dependent, developmentally disabled male and
female adults who need a job and can provide proof of disability. Many of
the people who we hire are ex-offenders (excluding sex offenders or
aggravated  violent offenders), the homeless or mentally handicapped and
generally disabled who normally can't find work. The work is litter
control on state highways and no experience is necessary. We also offer
job outplacement, supportive referral services and recovery training
free to the employees.

The legislature is giving lip service to promote community programs as
alternatives to incarceration but what do they really mean if these
people can't find work?

Please post this attached flyer and tell anyone (with a verifiable
disability) who is struggling to find work. We have 25 immediate openings
and have obtained a new contract with the Texas Dept. of Transportation
to begin on September 1st and can hire 30 more employees. They must
have documentation to verify their disability, picture identification, a
social security card and able to pass a urine test.

If you have any questions or need more information, either shoot me an
email or call me at (512) 490-2450.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Paul French
